What You'll Do:


Welcome and guide customers, making recommendations based on their preferences and budget
Demonstrate furniture features, finishes, and care instructions
Achieve individual sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
Maintain showroom displays and support visual merchandising
Process sales transactions, prepare orders, and coordinate deliveries
Build strong relationships with customers and encourage referrals


Qualifications:


Diploma or certificate in sales, retail, business, or a related field (plus)
Retail sales experience, ideally in furniture or home goods
Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet targets
Professional, well-groomed, and positive attitude
Basic computer skills (MS Office; CRM tools a plus)
Physically able to assist with furniture handling when needed
