QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Candidates must meet the minimum requirements for the respective ranks as prescribed by the National Universities Commission (NUC), as summarized below: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with the appropriate number of years of university teaching and research experience, a strong record of quality publications, and evidence of academic leadership. Applicants for Sabbatical appointments must be serving Professors in recognized universities and must obtain release from their institutions. Membership of relevant professional bodies and proficiency in digital teaching tools will be added advantages.
