NCDF Impact Club ImpactSchool is a structured school partnership programme designed to raise future leaders beyond the classroom. What the Role Requires
As Programme Manager, you will be expected to:
Drive school acquisition and programme sales in your city
Build and manage relationships with school owners, principals, and decision-makers
Present the programme clearly and confidently to schools and education stakeholders
Meet branch-level enrolment and revenue targets
Coordinate facilitators and ensure excellent programme delivery
Supervise scheduling, reporting, school communication, and programme administration
Monitor student participation, learning outcomes, and impact indicators
Balance commercial performance with educational and social outcomes
Represent the programme professionally and help strengthen the NCDF Impact Club brand in your location
