Job Summary


We are seeking an organized, creative, and motivated Programs & Events Coordinator to lead the planning, execution, and management of all programs, services, and events.
The role involves coordinating multiple teams, overseeing logistics, and ensuring high-quality experiences for our community.
The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership and administrative skills with a passion for community engagement and team development.
The manager is responsible for the whole process from the planning stage, right through to running the event and carrying out the post-event evaluation.
The role is primarily hands-on, it involves leading a team and ultimately providing support that helps to achieve the organization's event/program vision.


Responsibilities


Lead, supervise, and coordinate program and event teams, including creative, media, technical, and hospitality units.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee programs, services, and special events.
Orchestrates all services and major event production nees of the company by developing partners and teams to work with.
Ensure seamless integration of creative, music, media, and technical elements.
Collaborate with teams to deliver programs that reflect the organization's mission and values.
Approve all aspects before the day of the event produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
Provide guidance and support to program teams, resolving conflicts and fostering collaboration.
Analyze the event's success and prepare reports.


Qualifications & Skills


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3 - 5 years of experience in program, project, or event management; experience in community or non-profit settings preferred.
Proven experience as event manager, skilled in project management
High integrity and strong ethical standards.
Collaborative, approachable, and capable of mentoring others.
Able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.


Required Skills:


Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
Excellent organizational skills
