Job Summary


The Project Accountant - Accounts Receivable will manage project billing, monitor receivables, ensure timely collections, and support accurate financial reporting within project operations.


Key Responsibilities


Prepare and issue project invoices
Monitor receivables and follow up on payments
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Prepare aging reports and receivables analysis
Support project costing and month-end close activities.


Requirements


B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
3 - 5 years relevant experience in accounts receivable/project accounting
Strong Excel and numerical skills
Good attention to detail and communication skills
Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
