Job Description
A dynamic technology startup is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong process-driven mindset and interest in innovation. The role focuses on coordinating microservices, supporting sales through market research, and building efficient operational systems while leveraging emerging technologies such as AI.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and support sales through lead generation
Coordinate and manage outsourced microservices to ensure smooth integration
Develop and implement processes, systems, and standard operating procedures
Engage with clients to gather feedback and understand system usage
Oversee content development, supplier coordination, and implementation
Manage AI processes and ensure continuous improvement and accuracy
Ensure system performance, including task tracking and support via Jira
Manage reseller relationships and provide ongoing support
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in project management or operations
Relevant qualification in Marketing, Statistics, or similar (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workflows
Interest in technology and willingness to learn AI tools
