Description


We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.


Key Responsibilities


Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage procurement processes and liaise with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.
Oversee project teams, providing leadership and guidance to achieve quality standards.
Prepare and present project reports, budgets, and progress updates to management.
Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
5 - 7 years' proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and construction regulations.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Professional certification (e.g., PMP, COREN membership) is an added advantage
