Our Client is seeking disciplined and vigilant Security Operatives to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and security of staff, guests, and property.
Monitor premises through patrols, surveillance systems, and access control.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
Enforce company security policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
Provide excellent customer service while upholding security standards.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
Prior experience in security operations (hospitality or entertainment industry experience is an advantage).
Physically fit, alert, and able to work shifts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Integrity, discipline, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Basic knowledge of security equipment and emergency procedures.
