Job Summary
The Project Manager - MEP will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects, from planning and execution through testing, commissioning, and final handover.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong MEP background with proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects within scope, time, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all MEP project activities from initiation to completion
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
Ensure project delivery within approved timelines and budget
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams across all project phases
Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards
Interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment
Oversee testing and commissioning of MEP systems
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
Ensure smooth project handover and close-out
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
8 - 12 years' experience in MEP project management
Proven track record managing large-scale MEP projects
Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of MEP systems, drawings, and technical specifications
Ability to manage multiple teams and work under pressure
