Job Summary
Mirahub Limited is seeking enthusiastic, persuasive, and customer-oriented Screen Insurance Card Promoters to drive awareness and sales of its Screen Insurance Cards. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, educating them on the benefits of screen insurance, promoting the product at designated sales locations, and achieving assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, confidence in approaching customers, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Mirahub Screen Insurance Cards to customers at assigned locations.
Educate customers on the features, benefits, coverage, and terms of the Screen Insurance Card.
Engage walk-in customers and proactively generate sales opportunities.
Demonstrate the value of screen protection and address customer concerns or objections.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and retail partners.
Assist customers with the registration or activation process where applicable.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and promotional activities.
Ensure promotional materials and product displays are clean, organized, and well-presented.
Gather customer feedback and provide market insights to the sales team.
Stay informed about product updates, promotional campaigns, and competitor offerings.
Represent Mirahub professionally and uphold the company's brand image at all times.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE/OND/HND/B.Sc
Previous experience in sales, product promotion, marketing, customer service, or retail is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment. a
Confident, energetic, and approachable personality.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile accessories is an added advantage.
Must be trustworthy, proactive, and customer-focused.
