Who We Are
We're looking for a QA Automation Engineer to design, build, and scale our automated testing frameworks across multiple microservices.
You'll work closely with backend developers, SREs, and DevOps to ensure every release is predictable, traceable, and fast.
You'll drive test automation standards, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and mentor QA engineers on best practices in automation and performance.
What You'll Do
Design and implement robust automated testing frameworks for RESTful APIs, Kafka events, and UI flows
Develop and maintain automated regression suites integrated into Jenkins and Bitbucket
CI pipelines
Validate microservice interactions, including DB, messaging (Kafka), and external integrations
Review and refactor existing manual test cases for automation readiness
Collaborate with SREs to incorporate performance and reliability testing into CI/CD
Monitor and visualize test results with the Allure,with the Allure, Prometheus, and Grafana dashboards
Perform root cause analysis using logs, metrics, and traces (ELK / Loki / CloudWatch)
Mentor and guide other QA engineers on automation best practices and coding standards
Contribute to quality gates before UAT and production deployments.
Requirements
What you bring
5+ years of experience in test automation in microservices or fintech environments
Java (TestNG / JUnit 5) — confident coding skills and framework design experience
Strong in REST Assured, Postman, Swagger, Selenium / Selenide / Playwright
Familiarity with Kafka / RabbitMQ, SQL (PostgreSQL), and Test containers.Test containers
CI/CD automation experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
Proficiency in Docker and containerized testing environments
Strong debugging and analysis skills with the Allure,with the Allure, Grafana, and Prometheus metrics
Understanding of OAuth2 / JWT / security flows for API validation
Preferred:
Experience with performance tools (JMeter / K6 / Gatling)
Experience in AWS (EKS / Fargate) or similar cloud environments
Familiarity with BDD (Cucumber / Serenity) frameworks
Knowledge of observation and SRE principles
Experience mentoring or leading automation teams
