Job Purpose
The Leasing Specialist (Data Integrity) supports the accuracy, consistency, and quality of tenant lease and customer equipment data across the region. This role plays a critical part in enabling contract compliance, accurate billing, and operational execution by ensuring the integrity of lease-related data in our systems. The Specialist is responsible for processing inbound lease documentation, abstracting and maintaining key contractual terms, identifying discrepancies in customer equipment, and coordinating with internal teams and customers to drive resolution. This is an execution-focused role ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a deep appreciation for data accuracy and lease compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lease Documentation & Data Management
Receive, validate, and upload executed lease documents to centralized repositories, ensuring proper version control and document organization.
Extract and input critical lease data, including pricing, duration, rights, fees, exclusivity clauses, termination terms, and access requirements into designated lease administration systems.
Maintain accurate records of tenant rights such as space reservations, modification allowances, and co-location permissions at the TLA (tenant lease agreement) level.
Customer Equipment (CE) Data Integrity
Compare customer equipment records against contracted terms to identify discrepancies between what has been agreed and what is installed on-site.
Partner with internal Leasing, Legal, and Revenue Assurance teams to investigate and resolve CE discrepancies with tenants, ensuring timely correction and documentation.
Update asset-level CE records once discrepancies are confirmed, ensuring data is consistent across systems and aligned with contractual rights.
Reporting & Compliance
Monitor lease abstraction queues and manage SLAs for timely processing of inbound leasing activity.
Prepare and maintain regular reports that track data quality, CE discrepancy resolution status, and document completion metrics.
Support internal audits, compliance checks, and operational reviews by providing accurate and up-to-date data and documentation.
Process Improvement & Governance
Assist with implementation of global lease data governance initiatives, including the rollout of new tools, process changes, and training programs.
Help ensure system integrity by adhering to defined input standards and data validation protocols.
Participate in team knowledge-sharing sessions and provide feedback on process improvements, automation opportunities, or recurring data quality issues.
Other Duties

Qualification and Experience
Education
Bachelor's degree required; coursework in Business, Real Estate, Data Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience
5 - 7 years of experiencein lease administration, property operations, or contract data entry preferred.
Telecommunications or real estate industry experience is a plus.
Familiarity with commercial lease documents and the ability to interpret critical contractual terms.
Experience working with document management systems, lease databases, or asset management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint, Oracle).
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting or tracking tools.
Experience with lease administration or document management systems.
Strong data entry and data validation skills.
