Job Purpose
The Specialist Leasing APM is responsible for supporting the seamless execution of leasing transactions across a dedicated customer account or geographic territory. The role involves coordinating lease activities from initiation through completion, ensuring the timely execution of customer priorities and project deliverables. The Specialist is a key driver of progress and customer satisfaction, balancing project planning, status reporting, and issue resolution while serving as the day-to-day liaison between internal stakeholders and the customer.
Key Responsibilities
Lease Project Coordination
Initiate and define lease project objectives and scope following customer application.
Develop and manage detailed project timelines, deliverables, and milestones tailored to customer needs.
Coordinate and align cross-functional stakeholders to support lease execution (Engineering, Legal, Finance, Property, Construction, etc.).
Act as the internal customer liaison throughout the leasing process, including issue escalation and status updates.
Provide proactive reporting on progress, risks, delays, and forecasted activities.
Technical & Feasibility Assessments
Conduct feasibility reviews and coordinate assessments for structural, zoning, permitting, EMF, and other technical factors.
Oversee customer engagement related to application approvals, pricing confirmations, and document exchange.
Documentation & Compliance
Manage and track all leasing contingencies, fees, permits, and PO requirements to ensure billing readiness.
Lead post-install documentation collection and ensure accurate project closeout.
Maintain deep knowledge of the customer's contract, pricing models, system processes, and equipment requirements.
Ensure consistent, high-quality documentation and adherence to leasing process standards.
Process Improvement
Provide operational feedback to improve systems, templates, and team workflows.
Qualification and Experience
Education
Bachelor's degree required; emphasis in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Experience
Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in telecom project management, leasing operations, or customer-facing infrastructure delivery.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented projects in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with lease documents, pricing application, and contract execution processes.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with project tracking tools, CRM systems, and lease databases.
Strong understanding of leasing processes and contract execution.
Fluency in English required.
