Role Description


We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Lagos.
The primary responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes to ensure that products and services meet both internal and regulatory standards.
The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee testing procedures, evaluate results, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement improvements to enhance quality.
Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and fostering continuous improvement within the organization are key aspects of this position.


Qualifications


Experience in quality assurance processes, quality control, and quality management systems.
Strong analytical skills for designing and implementing testing procedures and evaluating results.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry-specific quality standards.
Project management and leadership skills to oversee teams and quality initiatives.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field; additional certifications in quality assurance (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) are a plus.
Experience in microfinance, renewable energy, or asset management industries is desirable.
