Quality Control Executive

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to ensure that raw materials, production processes, and finished products meet established quality, food safety, and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct physicochemical and microbial analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Monitor production processes and conduct routine in-process quality checks. Conduct sensory evaluation of finished products. Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards. Identify quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive measures. Investigate customer complaints and determine root causes and appropriate solutions. Train production staff on GMP, food safety, and hygiene practices. Requirements B.Sc./HND in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field. 2 - 4 years of relevant quality control experience, preferably in an FMCG or food manufacturing environment. Good knowledge of GMP, food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures. Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
