Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team and support inspection and quality assurance activities across fabrication and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inspection activities across various stages of fabrication and manufacturing processes
Inspect operations including cutting, stamping, notching, bending, heel cutting, and welded assemblies
Maintain inspection records and daily quality reports in line with project requirements
Interpret shop drawings, structural drawings, welded assembly drawings, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
Use measuring instruments to verify product conformity
Support internal/external audits and ensure compliance with ISO/IMS procedures
Analyze root causes of rejection/rework and implement corrective actions
Promote 5S methodology and maintain workplace safety standards
Support quality control activities across Oil & Gas, Transmission Towers, Telecom Towers, and Solar Structures
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Fabrication Engineering
Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience
Knowledge of welding processes and NDT methods (VT, MPI, DPT, UT)
Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems is an advantage
Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
