Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Polymer/Plastics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline. Professional certifications in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer - CQE, or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) will be highly prioritized with 4 to 7+ years of verified experience driving quality control processes.
