Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and providing cost-effective solutions.

Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying
RQS/NIQS membership preferred
Proficiency in cost management software (e.g., ProEst, Buildsoft)
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills


Responsibilities:


Prepare and manage bills of quantities, cost plans, and procurement documents
Conduct site measurements and surveys to monitor project progress
Analyze and report on project costs, identifying areas for cost savings
Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
Assist in tendering and procurement processes
Prepare and submit claims and valuations
