Key Requirements:


Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
Strong experience in residential and mixed-use developments.
Sound understanding of contracts and procurement.
Ability to work closely with project managers and consultants.
Experience in East African projects will be an added advantage.


Key Requirements:


Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets for projects.
Monitor project costs and manage variations.
Evaluate contractor tenders and negotiate contracts.
Certify contractor payments and manage cost reporting.
Assist in feasibility studies and value engineering.
Ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
