Responsibilities
Contribute to the entire commercial and industrial sales process including lead generation, presentations, site visits, negotiations, closure, and administration, in close coordination with the Head of Sales, and the Country Head.
Identify opportunities for the sale of educational, commercial, and industrial land to target markets (industries, companies, hotels, schools, hospitals, religious institutions, and developers (JVs also possible).
Generate, convert, and close local and international sales leads. Build and maintain strong long-term strategic commercial relationships with agents.
Build and maintain a relationship with current commercial and industrial clients by offering after-sales support.
Upload client information and sales activities in CRM.
Develop and deliver bespoke pitches for identified opportunities.
Work with the marketing team in implementing a marketing strategy to support sales.
Represent the company at conferences, seminars, trade shows, and exhibitions to source leads and receive the latest industry information.
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
At least 7-10 years of experience in commercial or industrial sales or liaising with companies on real estate or business development matters.
Wide and strong network in Kenya and international business circles.
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in sales, marketing or business studies from a recognized institution would be an added advantage.
Mature, pragmatic and flexible approach, strong commercial judgment.
Team player but comfortable working autonomously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Good negotiation skills.
Good attention to detail.
Rigorous and organized approach.
