Maestro Homes is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between premium properties and prospective buyers. You will guide clients through one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives, providing expert market insights, seamless negotiation, and an unparalleled level of personalized service.
Key responsibilities
Promote and sell residential properties, actively presenting features, pricing, and investment benefits.
Coordinate and conduct professional on-site property viewings and walkthroughs.
Maintain rigorous, exhaustive lead follow-ups via phone calls and digital messaging.
Mandatorily log all client interactions and pipeline updates directly into the corporate CRM in real time.
Coordinate sales records, token bookings, and introductory client offers with internal departments.
Deal Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate transactional terms and assist in closing property deals in alignment with corporate pricing frameworks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with active clients, delivering consistent communication and updates throughout their specific buying journey.
Experience and Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing, Real Estate, PR, or any related field.
Minimum of 2 years of active, successful sales experience within a real estate firm or in insurance.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance and sales targets.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Deep understanding of standard real estate transaction processes.
Must be male
