Responsibilities


Drive sales and occupancy of fully furnished shortlet apartments and units.
Secure new business opportunities from corporates and NGOs.
Market available units through various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for referrals and repeat bookings.
Conduct property viewings and close sales deals.
Meet and exceed set sales targets.


Requirements


Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Sales and Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in real estate sales, specifically fully furnished shortlets (mandatory).
Strong understanding of the short-term rental market in Nairobi.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
Prior experience using online listing platforms and social media marketing is an added advantage.
