Responsibilities
Drive corporate room bookings, events, and banqueting sales by targeting international business networks, trade delegations, and specialized corporate clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key destination management companies, specialized travel agencies, and international corporate accounts.
Design and execute tailored hospitality sales packages that align with the cultural, dietary, and hospitality preferences of international high-net-worth clients.
Conduct site inspections, present venue capabilities, and negotiate high-value accommodation and event contracts to meet monthly revenue targets.
Coordinate closely with the food & beverage and banqueting teams to ensure seamless execution of culturally specific events and conferences.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities within niche international corporate and leisure travel segments.
Requirements
Deep, native-level understanding of South Asian corporate structures, cultural nuances, business etiquette, and hospitality expectations.(Indian descent)
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience within the hospitality industry, with a track record of handling international corporate accounts or high-end
leisure markets.
Full professional fluency in Hindi or other major South Asian languages to effectively communicate and negotiate with targeted international client portfolios.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
