The Real Estate Specialist is responsible for generating leads, marketing properties, and closing property sales or leases. The role involves building strong client relationships, understanding market trends, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the property acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities


Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
Market and promote properties through various channels (online platforms, referrals, site inspections, and networking).
Conduct property presentations, inspections, and client meetings.
Advise clients on property values, pricing, and market conditions.
Negotiate sales and lease agreements to achieve successful transactions.

Requirements and Qualifications


Bachelor's degree or HND in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in real estate sales or property marketing is an advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the local property market.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
