Key Responsibilities


Identify and engage prospective customers for consumer loan products.
Educate clients on loan offerings, eligibility requirements, and repayment terms.
Support loan application processing, documentation, and verification.
Conduct basic credit assessments in line with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, and disbursements.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayment and portfolio quality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Participate in training sessions, mentoring, and performance reviews under the Young Talent Program.
Meet assigned sales and portfolio targets.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk management guidelines.


Requirements


Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
1 year of experience (NYSC completed or in progress, depending on company policy).
Strong interest in sales, finance, and customer relationship management.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of lending or financial products is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
