Role Overview
We're looking for someone who truly enjoys being at the heart of our sites and helping things run smoothly day to day. As the Receptionist across both Cranbrook and Liberty, you'll be the first friendly face people see when they walk through the door — whether they're colleagues, guests, or partners visiting the office.
This role suits someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere, enjoys helping others, and feels confident keeping our spaces organised and secure. You'll play an important part in supporting access control, guiding visitors, and ensuring everyone has what they need to get on with their day. You'll also support both SA and UK teams with calls, and lend a hand with general Facilities tasks that keep our sites running well.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the organisation with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for everyone who arrives on site.
Greet and support employees and guests, making sure they feel welcomed and informed.
Help maintain a safe environment by acting as the initial point of contact for Access Control.
Support with answering calls for both South Africa and the UK.
Assist with dayÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂtoÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂday Facilities administration and coordination.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and queries, directing them where needed.
Keep the reception area tidy, organised, and inviting.
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up and ready.
Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Provide general administrative support to teams across the sites.
Background
Minimum of 2 years' service within the organisation.
At least 6 months of experience in a receptionist or administrative position.
Clear HR record (No active warnings within the last 12 months)
Must have completed grade 12 (Matric)
Must have a clear HR file
Strong Excel skills and general computer literacy.
