ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. The role involves welcoming visitors, handling phone calls and inquiries, managing appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking skills, with a professional and positive attitude.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Receive and direct visitors, clients, and staff professionally.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain the reception area in an organized and professional manner.
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing appointments.
Receive, record, and distribute incoming documents and parcels.
Maintain visitor logs and office records.
Provide administrative and clerical support to departments when required.
Coordinate office communication and basic customer inquiries.
Ensure confidentiality of company and visitor information.
Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Front Office Management, Communication, or a related field.
Certificate in Customer Service or Reception Management will be an added advantage.
Computer literacy in MS Office applications is required.
Good command of written and spoken English and Kiswahili.
At least 1 - 2 years' experience in reception, customer service, or office administration.
Experience handling calls, visitors, and office coordination.
Experience in a corporate or logistics environment will be an added advantage.
