Key Responsibilities
Manage the reception area and welcome visitors professionally.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
Coordinate office administration and maintain records.
Manage office supplies and support daily office operations.
Monitor vehicle mileage, fuel records, and driver movements.
Provide administrative support and coordinate meetings.
Ensure the reception desk remains attended and provides excellent customer service throughout working hours.
Qualifications
Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years experience in a reception, customer service, or administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
