Duties and responsibilities


receiving, filing, retrieving and dispatch of records and information;
coding and indexing of files as stipulated in the records management manuals;
storing and retrieving of the Commission's records;
tracking of files and documents;
appraising and updating records for retention and disposal; and
identifying and reporting potential risks pertaining to records management
