KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow up on delinquent public sector lean repayments and ensure timely remittance.
Liaise with MDAs to reconcile deductions and resolve payment discrepancies.
Maintain accurate loan repayment records and generate periodic reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Follow up on delayed loan repayments from government and public sector employees.
Work with relevant government offices to confirm deductions and fix payment issues.
Keep accurate loan repayment records and prepare regular reports.
Contact clients via phone calls, emails, text messages to discuss due/overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
Maintain accurate records of communications, payment agreement and debt statuses in databases.
Provide assistance and guidance to clients, addressing their concerns and offering viable options to help meet their financial obligations.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivables or a related role.
Bachelors' degree in Finance or any related course
Excellent communications skills and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in debt collections or customer service roles.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
Experience in the financial services industry will be an added advantage.
