Recruitment Officer / HR Advisory

Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) Salary: ₦100,000 - ₦120,000 net monthly + commission Job Summary HR Leverage Africa Consulting Ltd is seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Officer / HR Advisor to manage recruitment activities and provide general HR support to clients across various industries. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and placement. Develop effective sourcing strategies and maintain a database of qualified candidates. Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment updates. Coordinate interviews and follow up on offers and successful placements. Provide HR advisory support on employee relations, HR policies, and general HR matters. Prepare recruitment reports, maintain accurate records, and support other HR assignments as required. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree or HND in HR Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 - 2 years of relevant recruitment or HR experience. Strong communication, organizational, and candidate-sourcing skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies, meet targets, and work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HR certification is an advantage. Compensation and Benefits ₦100,000 - ₦120,000 net monthly salary. Commission on every successfully closed recruitment assignment.
