Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline; Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD is an added advantage with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in recruitment/talent acquisition or a related HR role.
