Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Financial Manager to oversee the financial operations of our regional branches.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful financial management and leadership within a multi-location organization.
The Regional Financial Manager will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing budgets and forecasts, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures for the region
Provide financial guidance and support to branch managers and regional teams
Manage the budgeting and forecasting process for the region
Monitor and analyze financial performance of regional branches
Develop strategies to improve financial performance and reduce costs
Manage cash flow and financial reporting for the region
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
Coordinate with corporate finance team on regional financial matters
Oversee the regional financial team and provide leadership and support
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a multi-site organization
CPA or CFA certification preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working with senior leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams
