Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily branch operations and supervise Operations staff, CSOs, Tellers, and Heads of Operations within the region.
Ensure operational activities align with the Bank's strategic goals
Drive operational efficiency and branch performance improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing operations teams
Enhance customer service delivery and customer satisfaction across branches
Support the implementation of operational best practices and service standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related disciplines
Relevant experience in banking or microfinance operations management
Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills
Sound knowledge of banking operations and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
