Seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Regional Operations Manager to oversee multi-site operations within a high-volume, fast-paced QSR / retail environment.
This role is responsible for managing multiple locations across several regions, driving operational excellence, leading large teams, and ensuring strong financial performance across the business.
The successful candidate will oversee a large regional footprint, managing multiple operational managers and store teams, with full accountability for sales growth, cost control, people development, and customer experience.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a high-calibre regional manager from a structured retail or QSR environment who is agile, performance-driven, and ready to operate at scale.


Minimum Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
Minimum 5 - 8 years' experience managing multiple sites/regions within retail, QSR, or a high-volume operational environment
Proven experience managing large teams and multiple direct reports
Strong track record of driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and profitability
Experience working within a structured, performance-driven corporate environment
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capability
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's licence
Willingness to travel across regions as required


Duties and Responsibilities:
Regional Operations Management


Oversee operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in execution, standards, and performance.
Drive operational efficiency across all sites, ensuring alignment with company standards and procedures.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators across the region.


Sales & Profitability


Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of sales targets across all locations.
Monitor cost controls including labour, stock, and operational expenses.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to maximise profitability.


Leadership & People Development


Lead, coach, and develop a team of operational managers and store leaders.
Drive a high-performance culture with strong accountability across all levels.
Ensure effective succession planning and talent development across the region.


Customer Experience & Brand Standards


Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service and brand standards.
Monitor customer experience metrics and implement improvements where required.
Drive operational excellence across all customer touchpoints.


Operational Compliance & Standards


Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Identify areas of risk and implement corrective actions to protect business performance.
Maintain strong governance and operational discipline across all sites.


Strategic Growth & Continuous Improvement


Identify opportunities for expansion, growth, and operational improvement.
Analyse competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
