Regional Sales Manager (RSM) - Telecommunication

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) with a strong background in the telecommunications industry to lead regional sales operations, drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build strong relationships with clients and business partners. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales leadership, business development, and achieving sales targets within the telecom sector. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Lead, supervise, and motivate sales teams to deliver outstanding performance. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across the assigned region. Build and maintain strong relationships with telecom operators, distributors, dealers, and corporate clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Track sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and implement corrective actions where necessary. Negotiate commercial agreements and manage key customer accounts. Ensure effective execution of sales plans, promotional activities, and distribution strategies. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to achieve business objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field. Proven experience in regional sales management within the telecommunications industry is mandatory. Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and consistently achieve sales targets. Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM tools. Ability to travel within the assigned region when required. Salary Open to negotiation.
