Role Overview
The Regional Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for expanding and strengthening the dealer network across Abuja and all states in North Central Nigeria: Benue, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau, and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
This role combines strategic marketing, trade development, and performance management to drive distribution growth, improve sell-out performance, and increase regional market share.
Key Responsibilities
Expand the dealer network within assigned territories across Benue, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau, and FCT
Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers to improve market coverage
Visit dealer outlets regularly to promote the brand and educate dealers on the company's value proposition
Drive sell-out growth per dealer and improve sales velocity
Monitor and analyze sell-in versus sell-out performance
Improve regional distribution penetration and market share
Track, evaluate, and manage dealer performance against KPIs
Implement branded display corners in key dealer outlets
Provide regular performance reports and market intelligence feedback
Execute trade marketing initiatives and regional growth strategies.
Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years experience in channel sales, trade marketing, or dealer development
Must have hands-on experience selling:
Air Conditioners
Televisions
Experience in HVAC, consumer electronics.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills
Proven track record of driving dealer performance and regional expansion
Ability to travel extensively within Benue, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau, and FCT
Strong reporting and performance tracking capability.
