Role Summary
Provide compassionate nursing care in our general medical and surgical wards.
You will assess patient needs, administer medications, and promote recovery through evidence-based practice.
Key Responsibilities
Perform patient assessments and document findings electronically and physically.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and wound care.
Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Participate in ward rounds and multidisciplinary meetings.
Qualifications & Examinations
Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.NSc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Nursing
Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN), including successful indexing and examination via the NMCN portal
Minimum 1 year post-NYSC experience in a hospital setting.
Required Certification & Licensing:
Valid NMCN practising licence (renewed every 2 years)
Completion of NMCN Professional Qualifying Examination
