Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly analytical professional to join our team as a Research Expert within the Insights & Policy Advocacy function.
The Research Expert will be responsible for conducting high-quality research, developing industry insights, producing thought leadership reports, and supporting policy advocacy initiatives across key sectors of the economy.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in generating actionable insights, engaging stakeholders, and supporting strategic conversations through data-driven analysis and compelling storytelling.


Key Responsibilities


Conduct primary and secondary market research across various sectors to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
Design and manage surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and other research instruments using appropriate research methodologies and tools.
Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify market trends, business opportunities, and emerging industry developments.
Develop high-quality reports, industry analyses, insight papers, presentations, and research publications tailored to diverse stakeholders.
Utilize market research and data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, and related platforms to support research accuracy and insight generation.
Monitor economic, regulatory, market, and business trends to provide timely intelligence and strategic recommendations.
Translate complex data and research findings into clear, compelling, and decision-oriented narratives and presentations.
Support policy advocacy and thought leadership initiatives through evidence-based research and insight development.
Engage and collaborate with internal teams, industry experts, stakeholders, and strategic partners in the execution of research projects and initiatives.
Coordinate assigned research projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and alignment with organizational objectives.


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in market research, data analysis, insights development, or related roles.
Strong experience in conducting industry research, market intelligence gathering, and developing insight-driven reports.
Hands-on proficiency in the use of market research and data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, or related platforms.
Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, survey design, and data analytics techniques.
Excellent analytical, report writing, storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to synthesize large volumes of data and information into meaningful insights, actionable recommendations, and strategic reports.
Strong understanding of economic, regulatory, market, and business trends across industries.
Proven ability to manage research projects, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outputs within timelines.
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to interpret complex data to support strategic decision-making and policy advocacy initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and research/data analysis applications.
