Duties:
Handle room reservation enquiries via telephone, email, and online platforms
Input and manage reservations using PMS systems like Opera
Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, promotions, and packages
Record guest details and preferences accurately
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales departments
Upsell room categories and add-on services
Respond to guest queries and requests courteously and efficiently
Follow hotel policies and standard operating procedures
Requirements:
2 to 3 years' experience with Opera
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in hotel reservations or front office operations
Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Protel, or similar)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and sales orientation
Nice to Have:
Experience working within the Hospitality or Hotel industry
Knowledge of local market and tourism trends
