Residential House Manager / Household Operations Supervisor

Employment Type: Full-time (Live-in or Live-out, negotiable) Job Summary We are seeking a discreet, polished, and experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence, supervise domestic staff, and maintain high standards of hospitality, property presentation, and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Supervise household staff, including cooks, housekeepers, and drivers. Coordinate formal dining, silver service, guest accommodation, and VIP hospitality. Conduct property inspections, manage inventories, and coordinate repairs and maintenance. Manage household budgets, expenses, and procurement of provisions. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and confidentiality. Requirements HND or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, or a related field. 3 - 5+ years of experience in luxury private residences, boutique hotels, or serviced residences. Recognized household management, domestic staffing, or silver-service training certification. Excellent communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational, budgeting, and digital inventory management skills. High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
