Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the restaurant team, and ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve operational targets.
Monitor service quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation.
Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
Requirements
Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or Restaurant Manager in an F&B or QSR environment.
Not more than 35 years old.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong report-writing and leadership skills.
Salary
N170,000 monthly net + 30k monthly bonus and HMO.
