We are seeking a confident and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure smooth service delivery while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily shift operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Lead, motivate, and coordinate team members effectively.
Monitor service quality, hygiene, and operational standards.
Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
Requirements
HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality or any relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Supervisor or Shift Manager in a Hotel, Restaurant, or QSR.
Not more than 30 years old.
Good communication and report-writing skills.
Presentable, confident, and professional.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
