We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, drive sales performance, and manage staff effectively across the outlet.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining service standards, and achieving business targets.


Key Responsibilities


Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery
Manage and supervise all restaurant staff (CSR, kitchen, dispatch, cleaners, etc.)
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Monitor sales performance and drive revenue growth
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
Coordinate with kitchen and dispatch teams for efficient operations
Control inventory usage and reduce wastage
Prepare and submit operational reports to management


Requirements


Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in restaurant/QSR management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of restaurant operations and customer
serviceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
