Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of service staff, ensuring top-notch training, scheduling. and performance management.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintaining seamless service and upholding Artcaffe's high standards.
Foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests and resolving concerns professionally.
Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional dining experiences.
Assist in inventory management, stock control, and procurement to optimize efficiency.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Support the Restaurant Manager in implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with POS/ERP systems (e.g., Micros) is a plus.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
