Job Description
We're seeking a Client Experience Associate to support the retail team in ensuring smooth store operations and an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
Support sales team in delivering excellent customer service
Prepare and organize fitting rooms for customers
Maintain cleanliness of fitting rooms between use
Assist with receiving, tagging, and labelling new stock
Support visual merchandising and store presentation
Ensure store ambiance is maintained
Stock service stations with necessary supplies
Move merchandise from inventory to shop floor
Respond to customer requests through sales associates
Support communication between customers and sales team
Follow store safety and operational procedures
Report incidents or safety issues to management
Assist with general store support tasks
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE
1 - 2 years' experience in a retail or support role preferred
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
Good organization and multitasking skills
Strong team spirit and reliability
Professional and neat appearance
Friendly and customer-oriented personality.
