Job Description
We're seeking a Client Advisor to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
Follow up on sales leads and convert them into sales
Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate
Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
Communicate product features and benefits to customers
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Carry out opening and closing store procedures
Support inventory tracking and stock management
Reconcile sales records with internal teams
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail or customer-facing role
Strong understanding of customer service and retail sales
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to use POS systems and basic Microsoft Office tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
