QUALIFICATIONS Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Pharmacy or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in retail sales. Proven ability to meet sales targets. Pharmaceutical industry experience. Experience working in Mombasa/Coastal region. COMPETENCIES Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills. Customer-focused and target-oriented. Good relationship management and networking skills. Excellent organization and time management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good market analysis and reporting skills.
