Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation and Business Development:
Develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
Source and secure corporate clients, short-let platforms, and long-stay tenants.
Build partnerships with travel agencies, relocation firms, corporates, and event planners.
Identify new market opportunities and additional revenue streams.
Marketing & Public Relations:
Oversee branding and positioning of the apartments in the market.
Drive online visibility across platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, social media, Google listings, etc.).
Manage promotions, campaigns, and client engagement strategies.
Represent the business at networking events to build a strong industry presence.
Operations Management:
Supervise daily operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk activities.
Ensure high standards of customer experience and service delivery.
Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and accountability.
Monitor inventory, utilities, and operational costs.
Financial Performance & Reporting:
Set and track monthly revenue and occupancy targets.
Prepare regular performance reports (sales, expenses, ROI).
Ensure effective cost control while maximizing profitability.
Team Leadership:
Lead, train, and supervise staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Set clear KPIs and enforce performance standards.
Build a results-driven and customer-focused team culture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in hospitality or short-let management.
Strong network within Abuja (corporates, expatriates, travel industry).
Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and close deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Highly proactive, result-driven, and business-minded.
