Sales Agent(Credit Company)

Responsible for marketing and selling credit and financial products to individuals and businesses while sourcing new clients, managing loan applications, and ensuring timely repayments. Responsibilities Market and sell loan products through field visits, referrals, and community outreach. Identify and onboard new individual and business clients. Guide clients through loan applications, documentation, preliminary due diligence, and preliminary assessments. Monitor loan processing, disbursement, client repayments, and follow up on overdue accounts to minimize defaults. Build strong client relationships, address customer inquiries professionally, and submit regular performance reports to management Requirements Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in microfinance, lending, or financial services. Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. High ethical standards, integrity, and knowledge of credit/lending practices.
